10seconds came to life in 2005 with one goal in mind - to develop technology-based ways for businesses and customers to easily connect and talk to each other. 10seconds has already launched a variet of products encouraging customers to communicate with businesses. Customers have been empowered, with a range of easy-to-use and convenient ways tof providing feedback electronically, to make their opinion heard. 10seconds understands that customers do not regard themselves as nameless, faceless consumers of goods and services, but as human beings with feelings, opinions and passions. 10seconds is committed to providing them with a means of being heard by the people who can make a difference - management. |
